“Katie worked extensively with our French Bulldog puppy, Flower, and taught her (and us) all the basic commands that a dog owner would want.
Flower walks great on a leash, goes in her crate when told, only comes up on furniture when told it’s ok, and is fully house trained.
She is a fantastic dog and we credit A LOT of this to Katie and constantly get compliments on how well behaved our dog is when people meet her for the first time.
Katie made the entire process fun and very simple to understand.

“We adopted a dog from the Human Society in Michigan. We were warned at that time that our new companion, Ruger, was extremely hyper around other dogs, wouldn’t walk on a leash, stubborn, vocal and very strong - although he was only 6 months old.
We assumed that we would be able to handle whatever storm he would drudge up, after all, we had owned a variety of dogs in our lifetime. We couldn’t have been more wrong.
1 month later and at our wit’s end, we were unable to train him for even the simplest of walks. We came upon Katie as a referral from a Doggie daycare center in town. After our first meet and greet, she sold us on her confidence and professionalism. At the very first training, we were floored that she was able to quickly calm Ruger down, put a leash on him and walk him down the block and back.
The connection that Katie has with dogs translates in her training techniques and skill. After 4 sessions, our Tasmanian devil of a dog not only walks perfectly on a leash, he isn’t violent with ANY SIZE DOG, can obey commands like sit, stay, place-the command to go to his bed and stay there, enough-which means stop barking, crate, heel, toy, and so forth.
Although he is still a learning student, Katie put him on a path for success and he is continuing to grow into a wonderful companion for our family.
